Yuvraj Singh, the man who brought us home the 2011 Cricket World Cup, The only player to hit 6 sixes in T20 World Cup, The man who who single-handedly won number of matches for India, the person who battled cancer came out victorious and also made a comeback in International Cricket is now in talks to play Big Bash league 2020-21 in Australia starting from December 3,2020.
Cricket Australia is already working on the process to find a club for the Indian Veteran Yuvraj Singh for Big Bash 2020-21. If Yuvraj Singh signs a contract with a franchise for the upcoming season, then he will be the first Indian player to play in the mighty Australian league Big Bash.
Yuvraj Singh announced his retirement on 10 June,2019. Yuvraj played his last IPL match representing Mumbai Indians against CSK on 3 April,2019 scoring just 4 runs. He was dropped out of the team from the next match and failed to appear in the any of the upcoming matches of the season. MI went on to win the championship that season. Yuvraj Singh in his retirement speech stated that he would have retired more happily if he had played in the final match.
If everything goes according to the plan and Yuvraj signs a contract with any franchise of the Big Bash league, then we will see him playing on the ground from December 2020.
